Beautiful hotel with spacious buildings and lovely pool. However the location is more inclined towards the airport rather than being close to the city center which is a let down for shopping or roaming around in Bangkok.

Average. Bed was comfortable. Modern room. Stayed here for an early flight next day. Shuttle service runs only 3 times a day, though the airport is only a short 10-15 mins taxi ride away. Food and service at the restaurant were below average and some staff were quite rude and completely untrained. Worst club sandwiches I've ever had. Pad Thai was too spicy for us, I wish they had told us it'd be that spicy or offered to lower the spicy level for international tourists. The near by drinking area had music playing at night but it did quiet down after 11pm or so. We were there on a week day. Overall I'd rather stay next to a direct train station or right at the airport.

I loved my stay there. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good, especially their pad Thai. The only complain I may have is that if you're sensitive to noise, it can be noisy at night as there are a few bars in the vicinity.

The general feel of the staff was very blah! Generally speaking the worst customer experience we had in Thailand. The staff at the reception (several shifts) looked unhappy, at times even didn't look up while we were talking to them. The staff at the restaurant during breakfast didn't help us get oriented around the buffet layout (which wasn't self explanatory). Sadly a bad experience because of the staff. The hotel could be excellent but it is only as good as their staff. Hopefully someone in charge can take this feedback and think about how to improve customer service.

I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you are on a business trip. The staff will not support you to have a proper invoice. And doesn’t matter if they said the will send it by email, nor how many emails you write to them as remainder they will simply not answer.

Perfect for a day transit flight stay, welcoming and courteous staff, clean rooms with basic essentials. Free airport shuttle was great and punctual.

I came and stay here with mother we book to stay for 4 nights the people at the front desk customer servers was so bad no smiles just seating and putting makeup on i need to walk in closer to her for her to know that’s I’m here for something. Needed training so bad… but the men in frout to opening the door was grate he call us taxi when we needed. Great men.. about the room i put the sign in front of the door no one came to clean my room i need to go down and tell the counter, that my room needed clean. I stay for 4 night my bed sheets did not get changed on make bed no shower cap replaced i need to ask for it . I stay in room 207 with the pool view me and my mum had order mock tail and mum order cocktail we finish the drink about 3.30 pm and went out for dinner came back at about 8pm both of out glass was still seating on the side of the pool..great look lol the breakfast was nothing to eat everyday is the same same no change.. put the look of the hotel was great nice and clean.. only the staff at the front desk was not very nice..
